At Lipo Beauty you can pay with cash or Bancontact.
All prices are stated in Euros and include VAT and taxes. Payments at Lipobeauty.be are free, but please note that fees may be charged by a bank, card provider or other chosen payment method. Consult the provider for more information.
Only adults or persons with parental or guardian consent are allowed to purchase from us.
We only deliver to Belgium.
Orders are usually delivered within 3-5 business days. However, during peak load periods, delays may occur, resulting in a total delivery time of up to 5-8 business days. We usually pack orders within 24 hours and ship them using the shipping method you chose when placing your order. The chosen shipping method is stated in the order confirmation you received after your purchase.
Should something go wrong during the transport of the package sent from Lipo Beauty, it may be necessary for our carrier to start an investigation. In these cases, it can take up to 7 days to receive a final decision from our partner – but of course we do what we can to get issues resolved faster, and usually it takes no more than 1-2 days to recover “lost Packages”. trace.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 100 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 100 days after the day on which you, or another recipient of your choice, received the package. If the term expires on a public holiday, weekend, Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve, the term will be extended until the next working day.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
You lose your right of withdrawal if you break the packaging of the product or use the product in any way. If you have used the product in such a way that we cannot resell it, you can expect us to refuse to take back the product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the purchase of foodstuffs, including coffee and tea, which have a shelf life of less than 90 days at the time of return.
Force of the majority
If special circumstances arise as a result of which we cannot meet the delivery time, we can invoke force majeure. Examples include strikes, fire, general shortages of goods, confiscation, limitation of transport options due to illness, extraordinary government intervention, cyber attacks, IT failures at us or our partners or lack of transport options.
Such a situation does not entitle to compensation or dissolution of the purchase agreement.
Use of the right of withdrawal
If you wish to cancel a purchase, please contact customer service before returning your order.
You can do this by sending us a written notification by e-mail to email@example.com. It is important that you state your order number when canceling, so that we know which order you want to cancel. The Cancellation is fulfilled if you send your cancellation before the deadline. If you wish to cancel the purchase by refusing receipt or failing to collect your package, please follow the same procedure.
In the case of a defective item, this is not a revocation, but a complaint.
If you regret your purchase, you must return the item to us no later than 14 days after you inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase.
The return shipment cannot be sent to us without registration.
The costs for returning an order are at your own expense. If you refuse to receive the package or if the package is returned because it is not picked up at a delivery point, there are also costs involved. In cases where You have not incurred any costs for return shipment, we will deduct 10 Euros as compensation for our payment of return shipment.
It is important that all goods are returned in their original packaging and are properly packed as it is your responsibility to ensure proper transport of the goods – just as it is our responsibility to ensure that the goods are properly packed when they are shipped to you. It is therefore also important that you receive a receipt that the package has been sent so that it can be tracked and insured.
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back with the same payment method you used for your purchase. If you want to be refunded via another refund method, it is important that you make this known when you create your cancellation file.
If you return a package to us or eg by failing to collect your package from a service point or if the shipping supplier has tried unsuccessfully to deliver your package – we will usually refund you within 14 days of receipt of the goods. Please note that in some cases it may take between 3 and 5 weeks for the freight provider to return the package to us, depending on which freight provider is handling the return.
We will refund the order once we have received the returned goods and verified that they meet our return conditions.
If you buy an item and it contains defects – eg material or manufacturing defects – the rules of the Sales Act apply. If there are defects in the receiving shipment, eg products that are missing, please contact us no later than 7 days after receipt of the package.
If you discover a defect, you must report it to our customer service as soon as possible. You can do this by telephone on +32 489 06.11.79 or by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. It is important that you keep the packaging and the product until the complaint has been processed, otherwise we may be forced to reject your complaint.
If the complaint requires the product to be returned, Lipo Beauty will of course reimburse the reasonable return costs.
To ensure prompt delivery of all orders, all orders are processed as quickly as possible. This means that we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled.
